The Organisation Committee for the 29th Rallye Villa de Adeje, BP Tenerife – Trofeo CICAR have closed the list of boroughs that are signed up to assist the most important car test in the island in 2019, following a meeting with Arona council. There are now 9 boroughs involved: Fasnia, Arico, Granadilla, San Miguel, Vilaflor, Arona, Adeje, GuĂa de Isora and Santiago del Teide. Nine boroughs, nine local councils and nine mayors with nine social realities, nine political shades…who, nevertheless, have come together to each make their own contribution to this Villa de Adeje European edition.
The last one to sign up, chronologically, has been Arona Council. Juan Sebastian Roque, President of the Sport’s patronage area, following the meeting with Poli Delgado, President of the Organising Committee, said, “Arona will always be there with the other southern boroughs when there is a project that benefits all our citizens and the Ralllye Villa de Adeje has shown itself to be just that for a variety of reasons. It’s more than just a sporting event, it also serves an a promotion internally and externally, benefiting the local economy…many reasons, which is why Arona is and will be part of this event”.
